Job Description:

Care2 is hiring a new Campaign Manager to join our 6-person campaign team based in Redwood City, California. The Campaign Manager will work directly and indirectly with marketing, advocacy and fundraising professionals at many leading nonprofits to craft successful online campaigns targeting Care2 Web visitors and e-newsletter subscribers. He or she will work creatively to maximize participation by Care2’s millions of members, and delight our nonprofit partners by quickly fulfilling their advocacy, member recruitment, fundraising and other online campaigns. Mixing strong communication skills with solid analytical ability, the new Campaign Manager will contribute his/her best ideas for enhancing Care2’s online tools and measurement systems, to constantly improve Care2’s campaign capacity. The ideal candidate is data driven, passionate about progressive causes, thinks entrepreneurially and yearns to “do well by doing good.”

This position requires superb writing and client management skills.  Experience in direct marketing/email communications strongly desired.  Knowledge of the nonprofit sector is a plus.
