WETA, Washington, D.C.'s PBS station, is seeking a Promotion Coordinator to support the promotional efforts for Classical WETA 90.0 FM and for the upcoming Ken Burn’s documentary The War. Responsibilities include assisting with planning, logistics and on-site execution of WETA’s community events; creation of print materials/giveaways to support promotional efforts; providing logistical support for advertising campaign; and assisting in writing and distributing press materials. College degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum one-year experience in promotions, public relations or special events. This position is full-time, temporary; not to exceed six months.
