Advocacy Online Unveils Social Networking Platform in Toronto

To mark the launch of Advocacy Online's brand new social networking platform called "jamii" the company is hosting an event in Toronto this Tuesday, June 9th starting at 3 pm about the future of the social web. Click here to register. The event will take place at the Gladstone Hotel on Queen Street West, near Dufferin.

The event will review benchmark data on U.S.social networks and nonprofits, as well as demonstrate the "jamii" platform. Among the presenters will be Shital Patel, Senior Manager of Online Services at the Canadian Cancer Society, who will talk about his organization's experience using social networks. A 5 pm drinks reception will follow the presentations.
