Clinton O'Brien
VP, Nonprofit Services
Clint joined Care2 in summer 2005 to start its DC office and build the team that serves nonprofit organizations, a role in which he works with more than 350 leading nonprofits that use Care2 as an outlet for promoting their causes, and as a preferred source for recruiting new members and donors.
Previously, Clint spent seven years at nonprofit TV network PBS, where he led business development and forged alliances with AOL, NPR, Intel and other organizations. He also led the project that equipped local PBS stations with tools for online fundraising, and for three years led the PBS Adult Learning Service, licensing multimedia courses to colleges nationwide. In a former life, Clint worked for seven years as a reporter for Newsweek, the Associated Press and other news media outlets, including a stint reporting from Moscow during the USSR collapse in 1991-93. He is the 1988 winner of the National Press Club Washington Correspondence Prize.
Clint founded and co-chairs the monthly "Wharton Nonprofit Roundtable" which is composed of about 80 Washington, DC-area alumni of the Wharton School of Business, all of whom work in the nonprofit sector.

Andrew Stocking
VP, Nonprofit Strategy
Andrew Stocking is the Vice President of Nonprofit Strategy at Care2.com. Stocking joined Care2 6 years ago and has since played an active role in strategic planning, developing new online organizing tools, and building partnerships with nonprofit organizations.
During breaks from studying for his PhD in environmental economics at the University of Maryland, Andy leads Care2's nonprofit strategic planning which specializes in innovative approaches to online activism, environmental education, election turnout and education, and fundraising.

Eric Glader
Director of Nonprofit Services
Eric has been with Care2 since 2001 helping nonprofits with advocacy, fundraising and membership growth. Prior to joining Care2, he worked at an ePhilanthropy application service provider that enabled the collection of charitable donations online, with clients such as American Express, Cisco Systems, E*Trade, Applied Materials and NEC. He started off his philanthropy career at The Nature Conservancy.
Glader is a graduate from UCLA’s undergraduate program and Vanderbilt University’s MBA program.

Heather Holdridge
Director of Political Advocacy
Heather Holdridge, who worked for six years with consulting firm CTSG, joined Care2's DC team in Fall of 2005 as Director of Political Advocacy, a role in which she is working with a growing list of organizations that benefit from access to Care2’s politically-engaged membership. Previously, Heather worked for the nonprofit group Project Vote Smart.

Justin Perkins
Product Manager & Director of Nonprofit Services
Justin Perkins, a social entrepreneur, accidental techie, new media marketing expert and former State water resources administrator for a major watershed in Colorado, joined Care2 in January 2006.
Justin develops partnerships with nonprofits and customizes strategic campaigns for them to reach Care2's audience of 8.7 million members, or leverage Care2's audience to reach other networks. He also develops new tools to help nonprofits with marketing and fundraising.

Eric Rardin
Director of Nonprofit Services
Prior to joining Care2 Eric designed and executed integrated advocacy campaigns for environmental nonprofits for more than seven years. Most recently, at the Marine Fish Conservation Network (MFCN), Eric helped lead a coalition of 190 organizations to successfully reauthorize the national law governing fishing in U.S. ocean waters.
At the National Environmental Trust (NET), Eric helped design and implement several campaigns including NET’s ‘Take a Pass on Chilean Sea Bass’ and Magnuson-Stevens Act reform campaigns. Eric also developed and led NET’s marine mammal project.
Eric has an MBA from the Carey School of Business at Johns Hopkins University, an MA in government and international studies from the University of South Carolina and a BS in political science from the University of Wyoming. In addition to his work in the environmental advocacy arena, Eric has extensive experience working on political and issue campaigns from Wyoming to South Africa. Eric was also a commercial fisherman for a brief period working the fishing vessel ‘Brown Sugar’ from Haines, Alaska.

Karen Taggart
Director of Nonprofit Services
Karen joined the Care2 team in April 2007 and brings to the table over eight years of experience in nonprofit direct marketing (mail, telemarketing, and online). Prior to working at Care2, Karen was an Account Executive at Adams Hussey & Associates, working with such clients as NARAL Pro-Choice America, The Wilderness Society, Whitman-Walker Clinic, Defenders of Wildlife and Project HOPE. She proudly began her career in nonprofit fundraising and marketing in the development departments of Public Citizen and People For the American Way.
Her particular areas of interest include online/offline database integration, members relationship marketing (creating optimum donor experiences) and data modeling, targeting and segmentation.
Karen holds a BA in American Studies with a focus on voting rights and political theory from Hampshire College. She also took a hiatus from the marketing world to earn her MA in Teaching from the George Washington University and spent three years teaching History to middle school students in a public charter school in Washington, DC.

Hatef Yamini
Nonprofit Services Manager
Hatef joined Care2 in 2006 to support the Nonprofit Services team and to edit the frogloop blog and newsletter as well as general marketing efforts at industry conferences.
Prior to joinging Care2, Hatef was a social entrepreneur and specialized in technology and retail sales and marketing management. Most recently he was part of the management team at Apple, Inc.'s 9th highest volume retail location in McLean, VA.
Hatef has a passion for sustainable design, technology and socially responsible business management. Hatef earned a B.A. from George Mason University and is currently pursuing his MBA at Johns Hopkins University. Outside of work, he enjoys photography and music.

Joe Baker
Senior Director of Nonprofit Campaigns
Joe Baker joined Care2.com as Director of Nonprofit Campaigns in August 2006. Previously, Joe was the Executive Director of N-TEN. Before that, Joe was the Director of Internet Communications for Amnesty International USA and previously served Amnesty as Grassroots Advocacy Director and Deputy Director, Western Region. In addition to
his extensive nonprofit management experience, Joe spent seven years performing and managing telecommunications and wireless systems research and has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, a Master's in
Telecommunications Engineering, and a B.S. in Economics/Systems Science from UCLA.

Robyn Erler
Senior Campaign Manager
Robyn educates Care2 members on how they can make a difference on a range of issues from carbon emissions at home to human rights violations abroad. Prior to Care2, she worked with The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation's library program, where she saw first-hand the tremendous positive impact business can have on the world. Robyn holds a Green MBA and a Master of Library and Information Sciences.

Rebecca Young
Campaign Director
Rebecca Young joined Care2 in 2003 as a Campaign Manager, and led the campaign team as Director from 2004 to 2006. Rebecca's focus is on meeting and exceeding client expectations and working to engage the Care2 membership in the advocacy causes of our nonprofit partners. Prior to joining Care2, Rebecca lived the life of a conservation geek at Stanford University's Jasper Ridge Biological Preserve. Care2 allows her to indulge her love of data while actively working to make the world a better place every day. Her most recent large scale project was bringing two new progressive activists into the world - twins - that made their debut in August 2006.
Rebecca holds a master's degree from the Yale University School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and a bachelor's degree in environmental biology from Yale College.

Emily Logan
Campaign Manager
Emily is originally from San Jose, CA. She attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and graduated with a B.S. in journalism and a B.A. in music. Emily joined Care2 in January 2007. Her interests include animal welfare, the environment, women's rights and human rights. In her free time she enjoys yoga, hiking, biking and playing various instruments including violin, guitar and piano.

Samer Rabadi
Senior Campaign Manager
Samer joined Care2 in early 2008 after having spent the previous decade working in human rights, education, and student activism. This previous work experience includes Amnesty International USA and the Oregon State Bar. He has a BA in English from UCLA and a MSc in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London.
